Small simple and awesome. I’m a permanent makeup artist. I love this machine! It arrived with everything it described it would in the CUTEST little box. One hand piece, 2 batteries and a box of needles. I’ve used it 5 or 6 times already and still haven’t had to recharge the battery. It’s light and small so it fits in my hand perfectly. All the needles I’ve used have worked great with no problems. It works great for my precision lines I need it for. I have 2 other machines and since purchasing this one, I now primarily use this one because of how small and light it is. My wrist never hurts after using it because it’s not heavy or bulky. I chose the rose gold one and it looks super cute on my tray! I definitely recommend this machine!
Great. Very good tattoo pen, works great for eyebrows. Easy to use, stylish and packaged neatly in a cute little box. This is truly everything you need, minus the ink, to do cosmetic tattooing! …. I actually got 2 of these, I purchased one and my husband bought me one as a gift so I had to return the dupe. Returning was a breeze and I was refunded in a few hours from drop off at UPS. I highly recommend this for experienced and beginner tattooers!

Fire Hazard! Stopped working after two use. So disappointed with the quality of this machine. It stopped working after only two use, it completely died. This machine died in the middle of a project which left me in a serious bind. I had to adapt a Dr pen machine with a stylia cartridge and it was not easy to get the right depth and the doctor pen was so powerful, it was difficult to cosmetic needle on the lips without causing serious trauma. But I had to finish the job. I thought it was just the batteries needed to be charged, so I charged a battery and when I attached it to the machine it started smoking! I removed the battery immediately and now I am stuck with a worthless machine that I only was able to use twice. It is well past the return time and I am super upset with having to pay for a machine that I was able to barely use before it died and as well has the potential to be extremely dangerous. I also tried to use the power operated adapter and it did not work at all. Completely rubbish machine
Best Buy I’ve had this year. This pmu pen is perfect for me! It makes perfect look lines and shading, feels great and perfect for my hand. The quality surpasses what I expected. It has an extra battery if you have a job that requires more than three hours of time. I like the way the seller included most of the things I need for use it the first time. Also, it’s great that the supplies are standard and I can get them pretty much anywhere

Pretty, comfortable, and convenient. I absolutely loved this machine! The color makes me feel unique and I loved how it came with literally everything I need and that it should come with, unlike other starter kits that I’ve tried. I used it to add some shading on top of microblading and I can’t believe how lightweight it felt. Very easy to use as well! So comvenient. Ombré powder brows is next!
Good for Beginners. The micropigmentation machine is a little heavy, but it works well. It’s a good option for beginners and performs reliably once you get used to the weight.
I love the colour, the weight of the machine and how easy it is to use. The needles have the best precision and have really helped me to do perfect pmu applications.
Needle work unreliable, cartridges expiry too soon like in 6 months after I bought, too hassle to return, not recommended.
The presentation of the product is very attractive and so far I can say it is easy to use, not noisy and light for my hand. I feel comfortable when doing the strokes on the practice skin. I love that I can use the cord and the batteries as well. I would prefer the cord to be longer, that would help me navigate better with the drawing. The needle provided don’t have the mm on them - that would be helpful to have. In overall for my first pmu machine I love it. I would like to try the 5s needles in the future.

Very impressed. It broke after 2 months of having it. It turns on, its fully charged and it shows it’s supposed to be working but the pen is not reacting.Edit: the manufacturer contacted me immediately after this and sent me a new cord which ended up being the problem and its back to working fantastic. I did really like the pen beforehand and I still love it. Works fantastic, plus the seller was on it and helped without even asking.
The PERFECT PMU machine. Im a Microblading and PMU artist. I’ve Been using my old machine for a while so I decided to purchase this beautiful machine. This machine i can do eyeliner, lips and brows. The pen is light weight and quiet. It came exactly how the photo is showing. My old pmu machine was very loud. This one is so quiet my clients love it. Also the price is right for a machine like this. Highly recommend this. Will be buying more products from this brand.

Cheap Machine, Cheap Results. I was super excited to try this machine and bought boxes and boxes of supplies to go with it but within 5 minutes of use, the needle no longer deposits any pigment to the surface. When shading, no matter the length of the needle exposed or speed of the machine, the needle creates the pixels but there's no pigment. When I first used it I thought the problem was the brand I was using, so I switched pigments and I even bought additives to try thickening or thinning the pigments but nothing changed. I would switch the needle mid tattooing multiple times from different boxes to see if the cartridges could be the issue but again, no pigment would deposit. I would have returned it but by the time I realized the machine was the problem, the return policy expired. Save yourself the hours of frustration, money, and time and do not buy this machine if you're a professional. Unreliable and not safe for use on clients.

Loved it while it lasted! Stopped working after 3 months of use. I love this machine!! Reason why I gave it 3 starts was that it stopped working after 3 months of use!!! 😭😭😭 So upset!! This has set me back quite a bit. I want to buy another one but afraid it will break down after a few months. The box still works. Just the handle isn’t adjusting the needle length anymore and it won’t come out once started. Other than that this machine has been a miracle worker.
Very nice machine. I’m not a professional, I bought this machine to do lip blushing on myself. It’s the first and only machine I’ve tried so I can’t compare, nevertheless satisfied. It’s light, plus the vibration isn’t excessive and allows you to be precise. Colors the lips well, no bleeding at all, and the swelling only lasted 20 minutes. Caused less “trauma” to the lips than I’ve seen in many yt videos made by professionals, and I did like 4 passes (with half a charge). Thus pretty first timer friendly!The price is excellent for what you get, and the package got to Europe earlier than it was supposed to, took 3 days rather than 8. Will update in a week once healed.

Wonderful customer service and good products. This is my second order and I’ve a little issue with the machine. Good started machine. I’m just starting my ombré powder brows career and so far so good. The machine has recommended settings for the speed on whatever you are doing like brows,lips etc . You choose honesty what you are comfy with either way .
Mom likes it. I bought this for my mom and after having it for 1-2 years she's gotten pretty good at it now. Meaning, yes you'll need touch ups, yes this was for permanent makeup. Main issues she had were trying to find right colors that would make black. They'd turn green or brown. And replacement needles, but supposedly that's been resolved already.

I have used this machine on two clients and on the hand held device where you can adjust the depth Of the needle it looks like the glue is coming off. I am nervous that this may stop working while I am doing my next client ..
